Rock Digitizing is a USA embroidery digitizing company built for one purpose — turning your artwork into a clean digitizing file for your embroidery machine, or a scalable vector file for print and branding use. Every design we produce starts the same way — you send us your artwork or image, and we convert it into a digitizing file suited for your embroidery machine, or into a clean, scalable vector file if that’s what your project needs.

We are not the biggest name in this industry, and we are not trying to compete on price. Our focus is on getting the stitch count, density, and underlay right the first time, so the file works on your machine without trial and error. If a design doesn’t come out right, we revise it until it does.

How the process works:

You send us your logo, image, or artwork through our order form or by email. Our team reviews it and digitizes it in embroidery software, checking stitch paths, fabric type, and design size before finalizing the file. Once ready, we email the finished file to you. You transfer it to your embroidery machine using a USB drive, the same way most home and commercial embroidery setups work.

What we work on:

  • Logo digitizing for caps, jackets, and uniforms
  • Left chest and jacket back digitizing
  • Monogramming and custom lettering
  • Vector art conversion and logo redrawing (raster to vector)
  • Patch digitizing for iron-on, woven, and embroidered patches

Why Choose Our USA Embroidery Digitizing Company:

We keep our process simple and direct — no account managers, no back-and-forth through multiple departments. You deal directly with the person doing the work. That means faster clarification if something about your design needs a decision, and no surprises in the final file.

If you have a project you’d like digitized or converted to vector, send us your artwork and we’ll tell you honestly whether it’s a straightforward job or one that needs extra attention — before you commit to an order.
