Send your design and get an applique-ready stitch file. We build the placement line, tack down and satin border so fabric pieces sit flat and sew out smoothly.

Applique files for every embroidery machine
Not sure which format you need? Tell us your machine model.
Applique embroidery attaches pieces of fabric to a garment and seals the edges with stitches. It fills large areas fast, because the fabric covers the space instead of thousands of stitches.
The machine sews in clear steps. First it stitches a placement line, so you know where to lay the fabric. Next it stitches a tack down to hold the piece. Last it sews a satin border that covers the raw edge.
Each step needs a correct file. A digitizer sets the shapes, the order and the border width. Applique works well for team names, big letters, mascots and youth wear. It saves stitches and gives a soft, textured look.
